Madan Dharmar — Assistant Research Professor, UC Davis School of Medicine

Madan Dharmar is an assistant research professor at the Betty Irene School of Nursing at UC Davis and the Department of Pediatrics at the UC Davis School of Medicine. A physician, clinical epidemiologist and federally funded researcher, Dharmar's area of interest is health services research and mobile health technology. His research focus is in the development of quality measures to evaluate healthcare and apply innovative technologies to improve healthcare delivery.


Raymond Hino — President/CEO, Sonoma West Medical Center

Raymond Hino is the President and CEO of Sonoma West Medical Center in Sebastopol, California, a position he has held since November 2014. He also currently serves on the Health Research & Education Trust Board of Directors, and was the founding chair of the California Critical Access Hospital Network.



Lou Leporace — Vice President of Project Management, Net Power and Light

Lou Leporace is Vice President of Product Management for Net Power and Light and has more than 25 years of experience in enterprise solutions, streaming media, and networking. Prior to joining Net Power and Light, Lou was with Ericsson's Media Division focusing on SaaS solutions for delivering high fidelity video and audio over IP wired and wireless networks. He began his career as a physicist at NASA Johnson Space Center before moving to the tech sector, where he held senior leadership positions in product management and engineering at Dolby Laboratories, [email protected], Novell, Kaseya, Convergys, and Auspice.
