In this executive summary of a recent industry poll conducted by Seismic, the importance of sales enablement tools becomes clearer, as well as an apparent disconnect between understanding, implementation and measuring success of sales enablement programs within an organization.

In its survey, Seismic found that while 80% of respondents were familiar with sales enablement, challenges remain in linking programs to performance goals. The poll also uncovered the existence of a surprisingly low (under a quarter) number of organizations that said their marketing content was tracked to success in driving sales.
