Tatjana Dunce is the Technical Services Director for SAF North America, where she leads the team that handles technical support, training, and pre-configuration services. In her prior role as a Senior Support Engineer at SAF, she traveled throughout North America supporting SAF’s customers, and had the opportunity to develop and deliver several certification courses for microwave and millimeter wave communications. Prior to her time in North America, she worked for SAF Tehnika in Riga, Latvia as a Staff Support Engineer. Tatjana holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications from Riga Technical University.
